About Ventex Tessuti

As most family businesses open in the first place, Ventex Tessuti started with a "what if?" followed by a shared enthusiastic look. If some stories have been lost to time, one thing is certain; it has been an amazing journey.

1996

Gloria, young and fearless saleswoman, goes every month to Poland where she meets her first clients.
Little did she know that over the years, she will forge ever lasting friendships.

2006

After years of experience, Franco and Gloria know more about fabrics than anything else.
Together, they launch Ventex Tessuti and rent a warehouse in Vaiano.

2013

People, trucks and phone calls keep flowing in, and the warehouse seems smaller every day.
They decide to look forward: ciao Vaiano, they are moving to Prato.

2020

The pandemic outburst hits everyone. Forced to stay at home, Gloria has time to rethink Ventex operations.
She creates an Instagram account to promote our fabric.
